REFUND POLICY

Indian Talent Olympiad: Detailed Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all schools and educational institutions registering for participation in the Indian Talent Olympiad (ITO). It is mandatory for all schools to thoroughly review, comprehend, and agree to the detailed policies outlined below before completing any form of payment or submitting student registration documents. These policies are designed to ensure smooth coordination between the schools and ITO, as well as to maintain the integrity, transparency, and fairness of the Olympiad process.
By proceeding with the registration and payment, the school acknowledges that it fully understands and accepts the rules governing participation. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with exam schedules, proper ordering and timely distribution of study materials, and adherence to all technical and procedural requirements for both online and offline exams. Additionally, schools agree to fulfil all responsibilities related to student participation, including ensuring that students attend exams on the scheduled dates and providing accurate information during registration.
Indian Talent Olympiad (ITO) maintains a strict policy regarding refunds, cancellations, postponements, and exchanges for its services, including registrations for Annual Olympiad exams, Monthly Test subscriptions, and online study materials. Failure to comply with any of the stated terms may result in disqualification from the Olympiad or other penalties, including forfeiture of registration fees. It is the responsibility of each institution to ensure that they remain fully informed and in agreement with all conditions before finalizing their registration with ITO.
Agreement to Terms & Conditions: By registering for the Olympiad exams or purchasing any related services from ITO, you explicitly agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined herein. Your registration, upon payment, indicates your full acknowledgment and acceptance of these policies. You are expected to carefully review the Terms & Conditions before making any commitment, as these policies are binding and non-negotiable once the registration process has been completed.
Non-Refundable Registration Fees and Subscription Charges: All registration fees for the Annual Olympiad and subscription charges for Monthly Tests and Online Study Materials are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the payment has been made, it is considered final, and no refund or cancellation will be allowed. By proceeding with your payment, you acknowledge and accept that the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and you fully agree to this clause at the time of registration.
Finality of Payments and No Refunds: All payments made to Indian Talent Olympiad are final and non-refundable. By proceeding with any registration or subscription payment, you agree to these terms with full awareness. No refund will be provided for any registration or subscription, regardless of the reason. You are advised to ensure that all details provided during the registration process are correct, as no changes or refunds will be processed once payment has been made.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Registrations: Registrations for the Olympiad exams are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. This means that once a participant is registered, the registration cannot be undone or withdrawn, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances. It is assumed that all participants register with full understanding and acceptance of this non-returnable policy.
Non-Transferable Product Fee: The fee paid for any product or service offered by ITO, including study materials or test registrations, is non-transferable. This means that no changes or transfers will be permitted once a product has been purchased or a service has been availed. Participants are expected to read and accept the Terms & Conditions before completing their purchase, as no adjustments will be allowed afterward.
No Cancellation of Orders Once Placed: Orders placed with ITO, including registrations and purchases of study materials, are processed immediately upon receipt. As a result, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded. Participants are urged to confirm all details carefully before placing their order, as ITO will not be responsible for any changes requested after the order has been processed.
No Refunds for Mistaken Registrations: ITO will not process any refunds for registrations or purchases made ‘mistakenly.’ Participants must ensure that all information entered during the registration process is accurate and complete. Any errors made during the registration process are the responsibility of the participant, and no refunds will be issued for mistakes of this nature.
No Changes to Registered or Purchased Products: Once a product or service has been registered for or purchased, no changes will be allowed. This includes changes in exam categories, test dates, study materials, or other services offered by ITO. Participants are required to thoroughly review their selections before finalizing any registration or purchase, as no modifications will be permitted once the order is confirmed.
Delivery Issues and Re-delivery Charges: If any couriered study material or item is returned to ITO due to an incorrect or insufficient address, door closure, or non-receipt for any reason specified by the courier or postal service, the consignment will not be re-sent automatically. In such cases, participants will be required to pay additional delivery charges to have the item resent. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete at the time of order placement.
No Change of Address After Order Placement: Once an order for study materials or other items has been successfully placed, no changes to the delivery address can be made. Participants must verify the correctness of the delivery address before submitting their order, as ITO will not accommodate any requests for address changes post-order.
No Refund for Missed Exams or Tests: If a student fails to appear for the Annual Olympiad Exam or Monthly Test on the scheduled date for any reason, no refund will be provided. It is the sole responsibility of the student or parent to ensure that the student appears for the exam or test on the scheduled date. ITO will not be liable for any missed exams, and no alternative dates or refunds will be issued in such cases.
Responsibility for Delivery of Notifications: ITO sends important notifications regarding exam schedules, study materials, and other updates via SMS, email, or voice call to the contact number or email address provided during registration. If any notification fails to reach the participant due to an incorrect contact number, email address, or technical issue on the part of the service provider, ITO shall not be held liable. Participants are advised to ensure that all contact information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid missing critical information.

Refund / Cancellation Policy for Schools Category
1. Payment via Demand Draft (DD)
1.1 Submission of DD and Accompanying Documents: Schools choosing to pay via Demand Draft (DD) are required to submit the original DD along with a fully completed registration form and a detailed student list to the Indian Talent Olympiad (ITO) office. The original DD must be submitted by mail or through a secure courier service to avoid any loss or delays. The registration form and student list must be completed according to the ITO’s prescribed format. Submissions that fail to meet the required standards may face delays or rejections. Schools are encouraged to maintain copies of all documents and confirmation receipts for their records. The responsibility lies entirely with the school to ensure that all documents are submitted in full and on time. ITO will not process any incomplete submissions. In cases where documentation is incomplete, ITO will not be responsible for any delays in registration.
1.2 Online Registration Process with DD: If a school opts for online registration but chooses to pay via Demand Draft, it must still send the original DD to ITO Office. The student list must adhere strictly to the format provided on the ITO website to avoid registration issues. The school is responsible for ensuring all required documents are sent together with the DD. Failure to provide these supporting documents can result in significant delays in processing. It is advised that the school confirms the receipt of these documents with ITO via email or phone call to ensure there are no discrepancies or missing details. Incomplete registration details may result in the school’s participation being delayed and no refund provided.
1.3 Scanning and Submission of DD and Documents: For schools that choose to scan and send the DD along with the offline registration form and student list via email or WhatsApp, it is important to ensure that all scanned documents are clear and complete. The original DD should still be submitted by courier to the ITO office. If the school chooses to send the registration form, student list and DD through post or courier, the school needs to ensure that the documents reach the ITO Office on or before the last date of registration. If the school fails to submit the required hard copies within a given time frame, the registration process may be delayed and no refund queries will be entertained. The school should ensure that all submitted documents are aligned with the required format and are error-free to avoid any unnecessary delays.
1.4 Failure to Provide Complete Information After Sending DD: If a school sends the DD but does not include the registration form or student list, this will be considered an incomplete submission. The school management, the principal, or the in-charge teacher need to ensure that all accompanying documentation is provided after sending the original DD. If these required documents are not received within the specified time frame, ITO will not consider the registration valid. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the school will not be able to participate in the Olympiad. It is essential for the school to monitor the submission process and confirm that ITO has received all required documents to avoid complications.

2. Payment via NEFT/RTGS
2.1 Offline Registration with NEFT/RTGS Payment: When paying via NEFT/RTGS, schools are required to send the offline registration form, student list, and transaction details of the NEFT/RTGS payment to the ITO office. Payments should be made to the designated ITO accounts listed on the official website or brochure. The responsibility lies with the school to ensure the transaction details are accurate and provided alongside the registration documents. Any delays in sending the registration form, student list, or payment proof may cause a delay in the registration process. The school must confirm receipt of the documents with ITO to ensure that the registration is processed correctly and on time. Failing to provide proper documentation could result in the registration being deemed incomplete, with the school’s participation being put on hold until all documents are received.
2.2 Scanning and Submitting NEFT/RTGS Payment and Documents: Upon completing the NEFT/RTGS payment, schools must send scanned copies of the registration form, student list, and transaction details (including the UTR number) to ITO via email or WhatsApp. It is crucial that all scanned documents are clear, legible, and fully completed. The UTR number serves as proof of payment and must be accurately included in the submission. Missing or unclear documents will result in delays in the registration process. The responsibility for ensuring all documentation is submitted correctly rests entirely with the school, and any delays due to incomplete or incorrect submissions are the school’s responsibility.
2.3 Online Registration Process with NEFT/RTGS Payment: When a school opts to register online and pay via NEFT/RTGS, it must fill out all required fields on the online registration form, ensuring that the UTR number is provided where indicated. After making the NEFT/RTGS payment, the school should share proof of payment, including the UTR number, through WhatsApp or email with ITO. The online form and payment proof must be submitted promptly to ensure timely registration. If any fields in the form are left incomplete or if the UTR number is incorrect or is not mentioned while submitting the online registration form, the registration may be delayed. Schools need to then share the correct NEFT/RTGS details containing the UTR Number on the ITO WhatsApp / Email to process the school registration for the Olympiad Exams. Schools should confirm the successful submission of the online form and payment to ensure their registration has been processed.
2.4 Failure to Submit Registration Documents After NEFT/RTGS Payment: If a school completes payment via NEFT/RTGS but fails to submit the corresponding registration form and student list within 15 days, ITO will assume the school does not wish to participate. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the school’s registration will not be processed. The school management, principal, or in-charge teacher is responsible for ensuring that all registration documents are submitted in full within the stipulated time frame. If the documents are not provided, ITO will not be liable for any unprocessed registrations, and any queries regarding incomplete registrations or refund regarding the same will not be accepted.

3. Payment via Cash Deposit
3.1 Submission of Offline Registration Form and Cash Deposit Slip: Schools that opt to make payment via cash deposit must submit the offline registration form and student list along with the cash deposit slip to the ITO office. The registration documents should be sent by secure mail or courier to avoid any loss or delays. Schools are advised to keep copies of the cash deposit slip and all submitted documents for their records. Any discrepancies between the registration documents and the cash deposit details may result in registration delays and no refund requests shall be entertained.
3.2 Scanning and Submitting Cash Deposit Details & Offline Registration Form: After completing the cash deposit, schools may scan and submit their registration form, student list, and cash deposit slip via WhatsApp or email. All scanned documents should be clear and legible, as incomplete or unclear documents may result in processing delays. Any errors or omissions in the scanned documents may lead to delay of the registration. It is the school’s responsibility to ensure all submitted documents are complete and correct, as ITO will not be held responsible for processing delays caused by incomplete submissions and no refund shall be done.
3.3 Online Registration Process with Cash Deposit: If a school chooses to register online and pay via cash deposit, it must fill in all required fields on the online registration form and select cash deposit as the payment method. The cash deposit slip must be attached to the form and submitted to ITO. The school is responsible for ensuring that all details on the registration form match the payment information provided on the cash deposit slip. In cases where the Cash Deposit details are missing or unclear while submitting the online school registration form, the school may have to resubmit the Cash Deposit Receipt on ITO WhatsApp Number or on ITO Official Email Id, to avoid delaying the registration process.
3.4 Failure to Submit Registration Details After Cash Deposit: If a school completes the cash deposit but fails to submit the registration form and student list within 7 days, ITO will assume the school’s participation is confirmed based on the payment alone. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and ITO will not entertain any queries regarding missing documentation after the deadline. It is the responsibility of the school’s management, principal, or in-charge teacher to ensure all necessary documents are submitted on time. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any registration or refund claims.
4. Payment via UPI / QR Code / Scanner Code
4.1 Submission of Offline Registration Form and UPI/QR Code Payment Details: For schools filling offline registration form and opting to pay via UPI, QR code, or scanner code, it is mandatory to submit the filled offline registration form, student list, and UPI transaction details to the ITO office via post or courier. The registration form must be filled out completely, and the UPI/QR code payment details, such as the transaction ID, must be clearly mentioned. Schools should ensure that all details match between the registration form and the payment information to avoid delays or registration rejection. The responsibility to provide accurate and complete information rests with the school’s management, principal, or in-charge teacher.
4.2 Scanned Submission of Registration Form and UPI/QR Code Payment: Schools that choose to do offline registration can scan and submit their registration form, student list, and UPI/QR code transaction details on ITO Official WhatsApp Number or Email Id. School should ensure that all documents shared are clear and fully legible. The transaction details should be verified to ensure that the correct information is being submitted. Any errors or omissions in the scanned documents could result in delays or rejection of the registration, and it is the school’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4.3 Online Registration Process with UPI/QR Code Payment: When registering online and paying via UPI or QR code, schools must fill out all mandatory fields in the online registration form and complete the payment process by following the instructions provided on the ITO website. The UPI or QR code transaction details must be included in the registration form, and proof of payment must be shared with ITO via email or WhatsApp. Missing or incorrect details could result in delay of the registration process.
4.4 Failure to Submit Registration Details After UPI/QR Code Payment: If a school completes the payment via UPI/QR code but fails to submit the registration form and student list within the given timeframe, ITO will consider the registration confirmed based on the payment alone. No refund will be issued if the school later decides not to participate. It is the school’s responsibility to ensure that all required documentation is submitted on time. ITO will not entertain any queries regarding missing documentation or participation cancellations after the deadline has passed. Schools are advised to confirm the receipt of all registration materials with ITO to avoid any issues.
General Terms and Conditions
5. Responsibility of School for Submitting Documents: In all the scenarios outlined above, the school management, principal, in-charge teacher, or any individual responsible for the registration process must ensure that the registration form, student list, and payment proof are submitted within the stipulated time frame. Failure to submit these documents within 7 days of payment will result in the school’s registration being considered incomplete, with no refund being issued. Schools are encouraged to retain copies of all documents and to follow up with ITO to confirm the receipt and processing of their registration materials. ITO will not be held responsible for any delays or errors caused by incomplete or incorrect submissions from the school.
6. No Refund for Change of Decision: Once payment has been made and registration documents have been submitted, ITO will not provide a refund if the school decides to withdraw from the Olympiad. All payments made to ITO are considered final, and schools are advised to carefully review their decision before proceeding with registration. Any requests for refunds or cancellations will not be entertained, and schools are responsible for ensuring that they have fully understood and accepted these terms before making any payments.
7. Legal Action for Non-compliance: If any school or individual takes abrupt or unacceptable actions after registering with ITO and making payment, ITO reserves the right to take legal action. This includes, but is not limited to, recovery of the amount incurred by ITO due to the school’s non-compliance with these terms. Any threats, false allegations, or inappropriate behaviour toward ITO employees or management will also result in legal action, with all associated costs being borne by the school or individual responsible.
8. Legal Action for Threats or False Allegations: If any school or its representatives attempt to threaten or make false allegations against ITO or its employees, ITO will take strict legal action. The legal team will address such matters, and any costs incurred during the legal process will be charged to the school or individual responsible. Schools are encouraged to maintain a professional and respectful manner when communicating with ITO and its staff, as any inappropriate actions will not be tolerated and will be met with legal consequences.
9. Refund Request and Response Time: Schools, organizations, or educational institutions requesting a refund must submit their request via email to the official email address listed on the Indian Talent Olympiad (ITO) website. The ITO team will review and respond to such requests within 10-14 working days. Please note that the decision of ITO management regarding any refund is final. Any false allegations, threats, or actions against ITO employees or management will result in strict legal action. In such cases, all legal costs and expenses incurred by ITO will be the responsibility of the individual or institution making the threats or allegations.
10. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions Prior to Payment: Any school, organization, educational institution, Principal, Headmaster, In-Charge Teacher, administrative personnel, or finance department representative must complete the payment process only after thoroughly reading and accepting the Terms and Conditions set forth by Indian Talent Olympiad. By making a payment, the institution or representative confirms their registration with Indian Talent Olympiad for the specific academic event and agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations established by ITO.
11. Implied Acceptance of Terms and Conditions Upon Payment: Even in cases where a school, organization, Principal, Headmaster, or In-Charge Teacher has not submitted a formal registration form or student list but has completed the payment process successfully through any mode, it is understood that they have read, understood, and accepted all the Terms and Conditions set by Indian Talent Olympiad. By proceeding with the payment, they acknowledge full compliance with the policies of ITO and confirm their commitment to the event registration.
12. Finality of Registration Upon Payment: Once payment has been made, and the registration form has been submitted, it is understood that the school has fully read, understood, and accepted all the Terms & Conditions set by ITO. Schools are responsible for ensuring that all required documents are submitted in full within the specified time frames, as failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the school’s registration rights. No refunds will be issued, and no further queries will be entertained regarding incomplete or late submissions.
These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for all participants of the Indian Talent Olympiad. By registering or purchasing any service, you confirm your full understanding and acceptance of these policies. ITO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the policies regularly for any updates.
