Concept of Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship refers to the concept of developing and managing a business venture; along with any of its uncertainties in order to gain profit in the corporate world. Simply put, entrepreneurship is the keenness to start a new business.

 

Who is an Entrepreneur?

An entrepreneur is a person who originates a new business, bearing most of the risks and enjoying most of the rewards. The process of setting up a business is known as entrepreneurship. The entrepreneur is commonly seen as an innovator, a source of new ideas, goods, services, and business/or procedures.

 

What is National Entrepreneurship Olympiad (NEO)?

The National Entrepreneurship Olympiad is an initiative of E-Cell IIT Bombay aimed at nurturing young minds on the path to starting up. Through a pan-India Olympiad, you stand to learn the nitty-gritty of entrepreneurship and compete with some of the best minds in the country. NEO presents an opportunity to learn about the business world and apply the knowledge gained over a wide spectrum of question formats.

 

ELIGIBILITY – Students from Class 06 to Class 12 may appear in the Ecell IIT Bombay – Eureka Junior Organized, National Entrepreneurship Olympiad (NEO) for FREE of Charge.

(Start Date) 14th October, 2021 - 05th November, 2021 (End Date)

> Exam Date -
31st October, 2021.

> Result Declaration -
14th November, 2021
